License

By purchasing, downloading and using Pixelins Thin Icons (“Licensed Material”), you automatically agree and are bound to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Licensed Material.

Permitted Uses

• The Licensed Material can be used for any Licensee’s personal, professional, internal, editorial or client purpose.
• You may modify the icons in shape, color, size, orientation and/or file format, but this does not allow you to sell or license, nor giving them as free graphic resource.
• You may make a reasonable number of copies of the Licensed Material solely for backup or archival purposes.

Prohibited Uses

• The Licensed Material may not be placed on any electronic bulletin board, FTP, file sharing programs or downloadable format on a website.
• You cannot resell, share, sublicense, transfer or offer for free all or parts of the Licensed Material.
• The Licensed Material shall not be incorporated into a logo, mobile or web application icon, or other trademark.
• The Licensed Material may not be used to create pornographic, fraudulent, obscene, immoral, infringing, illegal, blasphemous or defamatory material.

License Types

Termination

If Licensee does not or fail to comply with the terms of the Agreement, the Licensor has the right to terminate your license. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using this product, destroy the original and any copies of the Licensed Matarial, including any back-up copies.

Disclaimer

The Licensed Material is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising out of any defects in this materials. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.
